What began as a small brokerage grew into one of the most productive real estate companies in the country, helping families across Florida and building a strong presence in communities throughout the state.For more than a decade, MVP Realty helped thousands of families buy and sell homes and supported a large community of real estate professionals. Beyond real estate, we were honored to support local charities, community organizations, and causes that mattered deeply to us throughout the years.In recent years, the real estate industry has faced a wave of complex litigation across the country involving long-standing brokerage compensation practices. MVP Realty was named in several class action lawsuits connected to these broader industry issues.After careful consideration, the company has made the decision to utilize the bankruptcy process to address these remaining litigation claims and bring closure to this chapter of the company’s history.While this is not an easy step, the bankruptcy process provides a structured path to resolve complex legal and financial matters in an orderly way.Throughout its history, MVP Realty worked to serve clients professionally and ethically while operating within the rules and standards that governed the real estate industry at the time.
